How do I make a payment?

We accept all major credit and debit cards. We do not accept personal cheques, postal orders or bank transfers.

Is shopping with you secure?

Absolutely. We use 100% secure servers to process every order. Your details are only ever used by them to process your payment to us and they are not stored. Nobody will ever see or have access to your card details. When making a payment to us, look for the secure (https)  and/or the padlock sign in your browser window. This is usually located next to the url (web address) and shows you that the website you are shopping on is secure.

Do you deliver abroad ?

No at this time we only deliver to addresses in the United Kingdom

How long will it take to make my personalised book or gift ?

All of our beautiful personalised books and gifts are made to order.

It can take 2 to 3 working days to print a book and up to 7 working days to make a gift, dependent on the gift but we will try and make sutre it is done as quickly as possible.

When will my personalised book or gift be delivered ?

Once your beautiful personalised book has been printed it is carefully wrapped and then popped in the post.

The post people at Royal Mail are great but it might take them 1 to 3 working days to deliver your book or gift to you or your lucky recipient here in the United Kingdom.

What if my personalised book or gift does not arrive ?

All our beautiful booksand gifts are made to order so with production and delivery times it can take up to 6 working days for your personalised book or up to 10 working days for your personalised gift to be delivered in the United Kingdom.

If your personalised book has not arrived within 6 working days here in the United Kingdom, then please contact our customer services department and we will track your order and tell you where it is, please allow 11 working days for your personalised gift to arrive before contacting us.

Can I cancel my order or make changes once I have submitted it ?

Yes you can, but please be quick ! We have built in a 3 hour delay between receiving your order and sending it to be printed/manufactured, so that you can cancel or change your order, most people realise they have made a mistake pretty quickly. Unfortunately once your order has been sent to be printed/manufactured we cannot accept cancellations or changes, all our beautiful books and gifts are made to order so once yours has been sent we are unable to make any refunds or changes, as the book or gift is personalised with your choice of name, message or details.

What if I make a mistake ?

Your text will be printed and/or your details used exactly as you have entered them, so please double check spelling, punctuation, capitalisation and postcodes carefully before placing your order. What if you make a mistake ?

What if my personalised book or gift is damaged ?

All of our personalised books are carefully wrapped but in the unfortunate event that  your personalised book or gift has been damaged please contact our customer services department within 7 days of receipt to arrange for a replacement, or a refund and/or the original to be returned.

Do you have a newsletter ?

Yes we do. Our newsletter is completely free, just click here and enter your first name, surname (we love names here at LoveMyName !) and your email address and then click 'Sign Up'.

We'll send you information on all the latest books and gifts, special offers, discounts, and much more. We'll never spam your inbox with unnecessary news and we'll never share your details with any third parties. Your information will stay secure with us and you can unsubscribe from our service whenever you like, no questions asked.
