Can I cancel my order once I have submitted it ?
No unfortunately not, all our beautiful books are printed to order so once you have placed your order we are unable to make any refunds, as the book is personalised with your choice of name and message.
What if I make a mistake ?
Your text will be printed exactly as you have entered it, so please double check spelling, punctuation and capitalisation carefully before placing your order.
We all make mistakes and we want you to have the best customer service and the best shopping experience, so if you realise you have made a mistake then please call us immediately and we will do our very best to help to sort it out.

What if my personalised book is damaged ?
We carefully wrap all of our personalised books, in the unfortunate event that your personalised book has been damaged please contact our customer services department within 7 days of receipt to arrange for a replacement, or a refund and/or the original to be returned.
